What was the brief?
Bistrot Pierre have restaurants all around the country, and for their latest establishment in Coventry, they needed our help to bring people through the door.
What did we do?
The strategy we created was designed to reach people at each stage of the ‘sales funnel’ – that is, we wanted to take people from awareness of the Bistrot Pierre restaurant to booking a table there.
To do this, we used YouTube pre-roll advertisements aimed at people living in Coventry with an affinity for eating out at restaurants to drive awareness of the new restaurant. Using a PPC campaign, we tracked searches for restaurants in Coventry. We also re-engaged with people who had come to the site but didn’t place a booking by using targeted Facebook advertisements – more specifically retargeting advertisements through Facebook Pixel.
Through our campaigns, Bistrot Pierre reached over 12,000 people in Coventry. Over 700 people were driven to the site, and bookings increased by 42%.
