What did we do?
Morplan’s lifeblood is new customers, as some will stay customers but not purchase again for years, so they need to consistently attract more new customers. Using Google Smart Shopping we were focusing on growth and performance. With Google’s smart technology, we had to be present and the most attractive choice in the searches for Morplan’s products.
For the PPC campaigns, we combined Adtrak’s technology and skillset with Google Smart Shopping to improve revenue whilst focusing on the most efficient ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). We segmented products into groups and set budgets and goals based on the group to ensure we were maximising the potential of each campaign with the allocated budget.
With an integrated search strategy, we worked with Morplan’s developers to implement a technical SEO set-up on their existing website and worked monthly to start building on these foundations with on-site and off-site SEO work.
The growth that Morplan has seen has been beyond expectation for the client and ourselves. We surpassed our targets within 6 months. This gave Morplan the confidence to double their Ad Spend with their campaigns and we have maintained strong growth within their desired ROAS. This meant that we proceeded to nearly double the expected growth over the year.
