The brainchild of husband and wife team Liam and Kerry, Letterbox Love came to life in the first national lockdown in 2020. A passion project for the couple, at a time when the world needed kindness the most, Letterbox Love was ‘posting positivity’ with affordable jewellery gifting with a personalised touch.
From winning 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2022' to supplying the Team England corporate gifts at the 2022 Commonwealth games, Letterbox Love has seen significant growth. However it was their requirement for a trusted PPC and Web agency that would both consult and guide them, as opposed to just reporting, that brought them to Adtrak.

The initial goal was to improve the Letterbox Love PPC campaigns and generate more revenue for their Google Ad spend (ROAS - Return on Ad Spend). The target was set to generate 2.5 x ROAS.
What did we achieve? / The results
Letterbox Love were thrilled with the results of the PPC strategy and campaigns. The 2.5 x ROAS was not only achieved but exceeded, with an impressive 3.5 x ROAS.
So happy and confident in Adtrak’s expertise, Liam and Kerry decided to come to us with the redesign project of their Shopify website. The site is being specifically designed in an effort to improve conversions from the significant traffic that we are generating.
