What did we do?
Mr Tyre’s primary goal was to increase online bookings via a new and updated website. As such, our expert marketing team set out to sustainably grow core services whilst significantly increasing secondary, affordable service results.
The initial focus was predominantly CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) to increase the percentage of Mr Tyre’s visitors either completing a callback form or making a booking online. We began by visualising the booking process and relocating the callback forms, as well as adding and split testing USPs.
Thanks to the sheer scale of monthly SEO traffic, in addition to returning customers, even the smallest of initial changes yielded results. The conversion rate was affected meaningfully almost immediately. One example was the implementation of a new favicon, as featured in the SERPS, which increased both CTR (Click Through Rate) and subsequent traffic.
The results achieved far exceeded our forecast, which during a period of economic uncertainty was unprecedented.
The working relationship between Mr Tyre and Adtrak spans several years and they remain committed to investing in our performance oriented digital marketing strategies. Subsequently, Mr Tyre’s results have grown exponentially year on year.
Most recently, when comparing Q3 ‘23 v Q3 ‘22, online tyre fitting reservations have increased by 47%. The booking of other auto services, including air con servicing, wheel alignment, batteries, brakes etc, have increased by a staggering 87%.
Going forward Mr Tyre has agreed to add Paid Social Marketing to target and uplift specific quieter branches.
