What did we do?
Your Blinds Direct wanted to drive more revenue from their paid ads while improving overall campaign performance. To achieve this, our PPC experts introduced a shopping product feed into their existing search, as well as Performance Max campaigns.
We then refined the campaign strategy by shifting focus towards products and categories that generate the highest revenue. By restructuring campaigns around key blind categories, we were able to allocate budget more effectively and prioritise high performing areas of the account.
In addition, brand and age exclusion lists were implemented within Performance Max campaigns to improve targeting, ensuring ads were reaching the most relevant and valuable audiences.
This approach allowed us to maximise efficiency, increase return on ad spend and drive stronger overall performance.
What did we achieve? / The results
Since implementing the updated strategy, Your Blinds Direct has seen strong year on year growth across key performance metrics. Comparing October 2025 to October 2024, orders increased by 73.06%, while revenue grew by 64.28%.
Campaign performance remained strong, with ROAS reaching an impressive 243%, demonstrating the success of a more targeted, product focused approach.
The client is extremely happy with performance and has felt great impact from the changes implemented by our team.
