What did we do?
A long-standing client of Adtrak, Gemini Blinds, was seeing its performance stagnate and was exploring alternative marketing options.
Their current website was several years old and was in need of some work to improve conversion rates on the website (the number of people visiting, to contacting). As they did not want to invest in a whole new website at the time, the alternative was to make what improvements we could to the current website.
We created a new team for the account and with fresh eyes, we identified some changes that could be made on the website, particularly on the mobile view, to gain some quick performance wins and improve conversion rates on the website. These included…
- Updating the buckets on the website to make them more visual and eye-catching
- Adjusting the layout of the page to prioritise key content and visual elements including map with coverage area, reviews and product imagery
- Adjust conversion call-to-actions
- Adding more service and product-specific USPs
- Improving the website speed
- Updating the website with fresh / modern imagery
What did we achieve? / The results
Our web team was able to undertake the changes quickly and efficiently and within the first quarter of the changes going live, we saw the positive impact on performance (reference stats above).
These changes and the following results, alongside an improved client communications approach, turned around the account and today we have a happy client with a website that is driving more high-quality leads.
