Reopening the Adtrak office

As for many companies, these past five months have been an absolute rollercoaster!

We’ve all had ups and downs, and those have come in different forms for all of us; whether that’s been looking after the kids, living on our own in solitude or just feeling like things are very different right now. But there’s been some real positives too; time to learn new things and spending extra time with family - we’ve even learnt what it means to work remotely full time, practically overnight.

With all that in mind, it felt like the right time to reopen the Adtrak office; you can’t replace face-to-face interaction and we are a business that promotes collaboration.  It doesn’t feel right for everyone yet, but for those who want to come back in, we have introduced a number of measures to keep our people safe. Only a proportion of our employees are in each week, and we alternate weeks. We have a clean desk policy and one way walking, we operate track and trace, and there is hand sanitiser absolutely everywhere!

Having the right work-life balance is of paramount importance to us and so we’ll not forget the flexibility that working remotely can give us, but it isn’t right for everyone so we are pleased to be taking some steps back towards whatever ‘normal’ looks like now!
