What was the brief?
The client wanted to increase their overall marketing activity, as well as return on investment that matched the scale of the expansion they were undergoing at the time.
What did we do?
H Brown Recycling came to us with the aim of establishing themselves as a market leader the local area’s waste management sector, and to do this, they wanted to utilise all of the services we had to offer.
As the client was one of our Marketing Package accounts, we set ourselves some internal goals in order to help the client reach their targets. The first goal was to increase their order numbers, followed by targeting higher margin services and boosting awareness of H Brown’s brand. A tailored website was created, targeting commercial business without detracting from their traditional domestic skip hire services.
We also implemented several local PPC campaigns to increase the number of domestic and commercial jobs – this was supplemented by continuous support and website optimisation in order to help secure this increase in commercial work.
Social media management services were provided, too, for their Facebook and LinkedIn accounts, ensuring consistent promotion and engagement with their customers.
The results were significant: there was a year-on-year increase of 58% in leads, their mobile conversion rate increased by 63% month-on-month, and sessions increased by 12% year-on-year.
