After a year of transformations and lots of hard work, we’re excited to announce some huge changes to our structure and working processes!
Over the past 12 months, we’ve undergone an extensive change programme – which we’ve named ‘Change for Growth’ – all with the purpose of improving our client experience, facilitating further business growth and making sure Adtrak is an even better place to work than it already is!
‘Change for Growth’ has been developed to ensure a customer-centric approach which attracts new clients whilst nurturing and growing our much-loved existing ones. In order to do this, we introduced a new customer proposition: simplicity, visibility and performance – and everything we do (both internally and for our clients) must adhere to these three principles.
Things don’t need to be complicated to be effective. We believe in sophisticated simplicity – both in the way we work and the products we provide – and deliver simple strategies with real results.
Our transparent approach ensures complete visibility in the way we work. Client objectives are clearly defined and we’ll let you know how we’re doing and what we’ve got planned.

In order to achieve a total focus on our clients, we looked closely at both our people and our organisation. We reviewed our structure, systems, products and marketing approach, making sure each element is setup to deliver exceptional service in a timely and effective manner.
We’ve invested a staggering £250,000 in our business as a result of ‘Change for Growth’. This includes a massive overhaul of our systems, ensuring they speak to each other and allow for efficient, more streamlined communication and workflow.
We also welcomed Andrew Blackwood to the team in April, our first ever Sales and Marketing Director. Andrew will lead our newly established Sales and Marketing team, who will work to implement a new marketing strategy, develop innovative products and promote Adtrak both locally, throughout Nottingham, and nationally.
One of the biggest changes we’ve rolled out (and one we’re really excited about) is the introduction of multidisciplinary teams. Instead of operating within departments which focus on a specific skill, we’ve introduced a new structure whereby each team will include staff from a number of different disciplines. These teams then focus entirely on the client, working collaboratively to meet their specific and bespoke needs.
Our ‘Change for Growth’ programme has been developed and implemented by Ian Cromie, a Director here at Adtrak. After joining the company nearly 18 months ago, Ian performed a detailed review of Adtrak, highlighting the areas we were doing well in, whilst also looking at ways in which we could enhance our client experience and enable further growth and development.
