As a company we’ve been known to take part in the odd challenge or two: a coast to coast cycle ride across England from Whitehaven to Tynemouth; a coast to coast ride across Ireland from Dublin to Galway; multiple 10k runs.

Seeing as Adtrak is a web design and internet marketing company, we didn’t think we were doing too bad.

Men’s Health Six Week Challenge

Enter the Men’s Health Six Week Six Pack. If you haven’t seen this, you can read more on Men’s Health. From the moment the team saw and started reading the article, they were hooked, and the Adtrak Six Pack Challenge Team was born.

Those longing to be fitter and rock that ‘beach body’(!) finally have a challenge to keep them motivated.

Adtrak’s Seven Pack

The team consists of Ben, Ian and Edd from Internet Marketing, Mark from PPC, Developers Dave and Mad Mike, and last but not least, two of our web designers, Tom and Sam.

It didn’t take long for word to spread around the office and two unexpected entrants decided to join the challenge: Holly and Grace.

And So It Begins

This post comes to you on day two of the challenge, and so far so good.

The food is stripped back and Ben is gradually getting used to green tea (which he didn’t think would happen!). He’s following Alex Payne’s workout plan and was looking forward to the kettle bell workout until Alex tweeted him on day 1 revealing how brutal it is. Instead he’s going to be mixing it up with MMA training. Altogether it sounds like a world of pain…
